For logging purposes and to process quotations and bookings, it is necessary to store names and contact details on behalf of our customers. You can apply to find out any information that we have stored about you by contacting us in writing.
All information that is collected through web forms is deleted after three years.

Google Maps

Our site uses the Google Maps API.
We use Google Maps API to calculate journey time and distances in addition to looking up places and their address.
In accordance with Google Maps Terms and conditions, we cache the results of Google Maps queries for no more than 30 days.
Data from your Google Maps query is used solely for the purpose of providing a quotation that you have requested or to process your booking.

Where we share you Google Maps data

The data from these two cases will be visible to your booking agent or booking supplier and is exclusively used for the purposes of processing your request.
We do not access your personal data through Google Maps API.

Google Calendar

Our site uses the Google Calendar API.
Google Calendar API is available to customers and is used to publish details of bookings to their Google Calendar.
We do not read or download your calendar events that are not linked to Instant-quote.co.

Where we share you Google Calendar data

The Google Calendar data is only visible to you and is limited to your booking data.

We do not share Google Calendar data.
We do not access your personal data or any other data that is not directly linked to your bookings.

Data Security

Your data is stored on servers that are hosted at our hosting partners as well as backup sites in the UK and Spain.
All of our servers servers are protected by industry standard methods.

We are registered with the United Kingdom Information Commissioner.
